It’s called Little Dog Syndrome!! My furbaby, a 4 pound Pomeranian named Taz, challenged my neighbor’s Pit Bull. The pittie got Taz’s entire head in her mouth before I could separate them. The only immediate problem was Taz had a hematoma on one of his ears. Now, 6 years later, he is essentially blind and deaf. My vet thinks the pittie squeezed his head and caused the damage even though there were no outward wounds.
