I can hardly wait for my nephew (14 months) to ask my father that question.

Dude. Only like 3% of your hair is gray. The rest is some kind of light brown.

My hair is mostly gray and our 12 year old granddaughter lives with us

The temples are already snow white, and she isn’t even a teenager yet

It’s all hereditary, you do get it from your kids.

I don’t know how she did it, but my mom made sure no one in the entire town told us about her ‘youthful exploits,’ until we were out of school (and legally adults). If we had tried to do any of them, we would have been expelled from school, branded juvenile delinquents and possibly sent to reform school. However, as an adult, she was a considered a pillar of the community.

My normal hair color is a light brown and when my hair started to turn gray, the gray used to make it look like I just have highlights in my hair. Now I am more than half gray. :o) But I keep it short and brushed in such a way that the parts that are still brown show the most. I also ALWAYS wear a flower clip in my hair – people notice the flower and not the gray! LOL
