I’ve come to realize that the most important part of most trials is jury selection.

The CSI effect has been pretty well documented now. One of the juror screening questions in a criminal case, say homicide, is about watching CSI type shows or a crime drama procedural. Depending on the attorneys, someone who regularly watches that type show might get empaneled or dismissed.

Furthermore, the investigation was done by regular police

Shouldn’t some government agency with letters for a name be doing that?

Those shows always have hot chick’s, I want to see one of them testify
