Speaker Pelosi did not seek this road. It was forced on her by that man in OUR White House. When things became so egregious she had no choice but to act. It is sad that we have people who use their power to blackmail other countries to help their cause. Even if the blackmail did not work.
In another time, an honorable Republican party might have, seriously investigated the President*’s (get well, Charlie P.) egregious behavior and rebuked him. Perhaps offering censure by Congress as an alternative for impeachment.
Instead, a despicable Republican party invites us to join them in an alternative Trumpworld where wrong is right and black is white.
Our tawdry President* has made himself into the city street commissioner who withholds payment due the paving contractor to extort a nice new driveway for himself.
His conduct is universally (and intuitively) unlawful. Just like his conduct with his charitible foundation, our President* is viscerally incapable of acting for the good of anything other than himself.
Top behave and act as he did with Ukraine, forced the Democrats hand. The nation cannot have this.
With his fate in the corrupt hands of the Republican Senate, we are all but assured that he will suffer no consequence for such obviously impeachable actions.
Pray that patriotic Americans turn him out of office and into history’s gutter next November.
