I made a small fortune when the office building on the main street at the end of our block in Springfield NJ would redo an office and dump 8 foot florescent fixtures, file cabinets and even an HP laser copier. A quick cleanup and respray of a file cabinet would get me $30.00 each $75.00 for the copier and $10.00 for the light fixtures. The office building would redo an office a couple of time a year. I would have a garage sale once a year to sell off what I had refurbished. My best sale was $500.00.
