I admire the kid’s attitude and considering how Christmas really works as far as presents are concerned, he should be just fine.

There is nothing wrong with “quid pro quo” per se. It is a crime to request foreign help of any kind in an election issue. Right there in the constitution. Prominent. Very important issue for the Founding Fathers.

Yes, he’s guilty. And, he backed the Democrats into the position of either having to do something about it or become a part of it by default. You can’t be totally aware of a crime and do nothing without being guilty yourself. Now, if he stands up on the Senate floor and admits to everything, has it recorded for the nightly news and announces that the president can do everything he has done because “it the president does it, it’s not illegal”—- which is not beyond the imagination for this president—- THE SENATE IS GOING TO FIND HIM INNOCENT of all charges anyway. When that fact is announced on the nightly news, the clueless are going to be annoyed that so much time and money was wasted on someone who was innocent. And, the Republicans may have actually figured out a way to keep Trump in office for a second term. God bless America.
