    The problem is of course, if you foster an “Owner’s Mentality” among your workforce they would take off like a rocket. That would require middle and upper management to actually think ahead and plan, to perhaps even take some risks, in order to keep up with their people. “No, No, that’s just crazy talk, perhaps you should take the afternoon off to calm down. I’m sure you will feed better tomorrow.”

    Surveys show the more successful companies place emphasis on customer satisfaction and employees morale over profits seemed to do well. For example a supermarket chain in the Southeast has such a reputation that other chains are reluctant to hire them.
