I worked the shrimp boats from NC to the Keys and into the north Gulf for my cousin as a kid and learned more about the importance of family and community there than anywhere else in my life. Close knit family intertwined with other families working hard together in both bountiful and lean times. I’ve carried that sentiment in my heart all my life. Thanks for sharing this toon Will.
