I’m a U.S.C.G. (United States Coast Guard) vet. I ALWAYS thank a fellow vet, no matter what service they served for, and I salute them too.

On this 101st Armistice Day let’s pause and remember the 19 million dead in this war to end all wars.

Now you can head down to the local Cemetery and thank some of those Vets.

It would be nice if America actually honored our Armed Services. Compared the UK Remembrance Day to the used car sales America holds.

I am saddened by the lack of respect Veterans Days gets in this country. As the wife, daughter. sister, niece and cousin of Vets I cringe to see nothing but sale signs. Starting Xmas sales now. Thanks to all the women and men who served their country. They deserve better.
