Big brothers are the worst

Falling like that isn’t a joke. I had a friend whose daughter was in ballet, and she was really, really good. At one of the performances, she fell – hard – but rolled and made it look like she was SUPPOSED to do that. Sadly, the fall caused her to blow her knee, and that was the end of her ballet.

if my big brother had said that it would’ve made me feel better. Everyone falls some time, its ok. You just have to be able to translate big brotherese :)

Actually, I punished my kids with lectures. These lectures were done as a long monotone, drone full of trite sayings. Why? Kids prefer a quick punishment. It’s over and done with. Stuck in a room with a parent saying “When I was your age…” is torture.

Rule of Funny can be cruel in comics.

It’s okay Elizabeth. The next time Michael wants to go on a date with his girlfriend, tell your mom you want to go too.
