Usually at Costco if you really want something bad you need to buy a whole pallet of it because it may not be there the next time.

I remember as a Cuban kid that on Noche Buena (Christmas Eve) we would roast a pig. I have vivid memories of a whole pig carcass hanging from a tree branch before roasting it on a “Caja China” (Chinese Box). After roasting, it was delicious!

The 55 gallon drums of pickles are impressive too.

Bleeb likes the $1.50 Nathan’s all beef hot dogs! Don’t forget those great $4.99 chickens.

Yes, and the sad part is we are Vegan, Mom just can’t pass up a deal.

The $4.99 rotisserie chicken is the size of one of those pigs. 1st night: chicken dinner. 2nd to 4th nights are like having leftover Thanksgiving turkey.

Looks like she by-passed Cosco and went directly to the source.

One of the best restaurants I ever had a meal in was actually in Spain where they had meats hung up around our tables. Apparently, they were cured meats and very much real (at first I thought they were fake). The food there was THE BEST! Would love to remember the name of it. I’ll have to call my mom to ask if she remembers it.
