Bixby’s the real evil one here. Convincing those Ink Pen represents to go on strike just so HE can get more pay without doing anywork. Convincing them that they don’t need to be paid so that he can get the conditions he wants at work. Which are not having to work at all and not having a boss tell him to work and simply paying him seven figures a week (yes, I know thats in the millions). He won’t try harder to get better jobs for the folks Ink Pen represents even if conditions are how he wants them because that’d be one of the things he doesn’t want. To actually work.
And Fritz not noticing a strike isn’t that shocking, not when Bixby doesn’t do any work to begin with. The week’s been no different than the norm around Ink Pen
