You can count the number of vaping deaths of both hands — so flavored vapes have to be outlawed.
Tens of thousands of people die from gun deaths EVERY YEAR FOR DECADES — so can’t touch guns because we must sacrifice children on the blood-spattered altar of gun manufacturers and their NRA lobbyists.
Clearly the merchants of gun death have a better lobby, and have bought and paid for more legislators, than the vaping lobby.
It’s my body and I can do with it what I want. So I wind up in an emergency room and on extended care for life. I’ll demand a cure! They won’t let me die. Somebody will pay for my treatment.
If “Guns don’t kill people; People kill People,” then Vaping doesn’t kill people; People kill People. If it’s valid for firearms, then it has to be valid for other products. Oh wait, the First (Third) Lady has weighed in. So it’s serious now. /s
Finally someone got the hypocrisy of the furor over vaping while continuing to arm anyone who wishes to be armed. And please save the arguments about how laws are in place and it’s a guaranteed right to bear arms. I also have a guaranteed right to LIFE, liberty etc.
Don’t be too sure about those single-digit statistics. A lot of deaths ruled heart attacks when the symptoms didn’t match, but vaping was involved, are being reexamined – at least unofficially.

Vaping has killed about 8 people across the country this year – They have banned it.
Guns have killed 31 people every 24 hours – We make it easier to own.
Madness.
