So tell us, Stu, is this a one-off? Or part of a series?

Well this better than some of the things Stu has celebrated….men’s underwear, cockroaches, clothes hangers, garbage bags, rusty nails…its become de rigeteur to detour by his house just to see what’s this week’s obsession.

The American Flags seem to be missing 2 red (dark) stripes – on top and on the bottom [total here = 11 stripes – 6 white and 5 red(dark)].

The balloons seem to indicate that there is a fairly strong wind.

Blocks like the one in this comic, are great for making flower beds.

What a non-impressive celebration of modern building products.

Stu has a boring hobby. That seems to be a staple of Ballard Street. These folks need to learn how to do jigsaw puzzles or play marbles or something.

Stu is considered a blockhead, so it is fitting that he celebrates a cement block and a two-by-four. The flags and balloons add to the festivities.

Don’t live in a house built with flags and balloons.
