Sanders wants to have access to birth control, so that reproductive choice is hers. You would think that’s a simple enough concept to comprehend. Payne seems unable to grasp reality.

Heaven forfend that anybody would actually mention the idea that there are too damned many people. Or, worse yet, suggest that easy access and discussion of birth control might be a good idea.
