Those words still bother me to this day.
Those dreaded words. Schools around here have already started or about to start this week, but end in week before Memorial day so, trade off I guess.
Our city’s schools started back on August 7th.
You had 90 days to that, Heart. Our niece wore her swimwear starting on Memorial Day and a different one each day. It’s been very hot this year.
Time to break them in, Heart. Always assuming the weather allows for it, of course.
Heck, around here, the Back to School stuff went on the shelves July 5th.
So, Heart, what did it say on your report card last year about “uses time wisely”?
We didn’t start school until after Labor Day when I was kid in Ohio back in the 50’s & 60"s. I don’t remember snow days.
I never even owned two swimsuits at the same time until the kids moved out.
IN some countries school is year around with some breaks. And they whip our tails too.
Yesterday it was Jason Fox, and today it’s Heart – does everybody in comic strips still go to a “September to June” school?
Unless, they’re bikini’s. You’ll be wearing them alright. For swim class!
Look at the smile on Addy’s face. Parents love back to school sales.
