Even after (if?) tariffs are lifted, China will continue to trade with their NEW trading partners, like Russia. There are some things they will go back to buying from the U.S., but not all of that trade will return. Why go back to an unstable, unpredictable trading partner when there are other choices?
When you realize that the republicans think that Trump is a “successful businessman”, it is easier to understand their definitions of “Peace” and “Healthcare”.
