The Democrats didn´t even try to impeach him. They had a vote on whether or not to vote on impeachment (I think). Nothing to do with Trump. If they did impeach him, of course, the biggest obstacle would still be the partisan Senate GOP.

Some say that Trump really, really doesn’t want to be impeached, it would be a big insult to his amazing (best in the history of the Republic) presidency, etc. etc.
