richard's poor almanack by richard thompson come see the new u.s. capitol visitor's center! stroller parking early life digestive process territory man: ew. kid: ha-ha! look at me! first, just pasteour squished penny machine, you'll see the life cycle of a congressman exhibit, which clearly explains how senators & representatives happen! what were we thinkin'? ?????? oops! oh-oh! d'oh man: hoo wee next, stop at our whacky wall, where we display some of the legislation that we're, well, kinda embarrassed about! like prohibition, various subsidies, the sedition act, the patriot act, etc. then you'll come to our rotating display of congressional hobbies! this month it's senator kay bailey hutchinson's pez dispenser collec-tion, which includes the rare life-size sam houston dispenser, capable of dispensing pez at a range of 200 feet! next month- chuck schumer's quilts. kongressional krafts 'n' kollection korner kid: i want the big one! dad: i think that one's about to make a speech! tap tap kid: the spy museum was more fun. finally, don't miss the window on congress, where you ight glimpse an actual member of congress in its natural habi-tat! please don't tap on the glass and no flash photography.

Not a bad idea. The Fugitive Slave Act of 1850 could be part of that exhibit. And they could have a similar one for the Supreme Court. e.g. the Dred Scott decision.
