When I introduced Delray ( then going by the name Ray Ramsey) he was a fugitive from the law, he had long hair and a beard. He shaved it all off as a kind of disguise. He was then caught by Joe and Crunchy, served a tiny bit of time, and set free due to a legal loophole. Joe had to reluctantly return his dog, Mortimer to him. Mortimer ran away from Ray to return to The Cobb family. Anyway, Ray changed his name to Delray, and changed his ways… but never grew back his long hair!
