National Mojito Day. Sigh! Another one which I don’t know exactly what that is!
National Cheer Up the Lonely Day. Easier said than done with some people I know.
National Rainier Cherry Day. I don’t know what type cherry that is. I like the dark sweet cherries best.
My once monthly lunch day with friends. And it’s my turn to bring a dessert (we eat at the food court at the mall, but one of us brings a dessert to share with our meals. I cheat and bring a ham & cheese sandwich from home because the only eating establishments I really liked are no longer in the mall) Had I known it was Blueberry Muffin Day, I could have made muffins for lunch (but I don’t like blueberries very well anyway). Instead, I made caramel & chocolate chip cookie bars. There used to be 8 or 9 in our group, but since some of them moved away, we’re down to just 4 of us.
Winduhs 10 did a long (over an hour) update yesterday. So I lost a lot of time restoring all my settings and folders that were no longer pinned to Quick Access. So far I haven’t seen any benefits to the update.
Thinking about all the animals we love…have you read that Avon, while pretending it does no animal testing, is allowing other countries to test Avon products on animals. Boo Hiss.
