Apparently, someone just told him that the Article 2 of the Constitution exists. He thinks it gives him rights that “nobody’s ever seen before,” despite being 230 years old. And he also seems to think it somehow means that he can’t commit obstruction.
If you support this man, you have no respect for the United States.
