The last time we saw anything like this on the world stage was when MBS and Putin “high-fived” over their mutual disrespect for Trump. Is the cartoonist reminding us that lots of folks “high-five” to show disrespect for Trump? I know it’s a reach but it makes as much sense as the cartoon.
