A Fox story refers to blame but it doesn’t have details about who is blaming who for what. It mostly refers to whether or not and how much the Steele dossier was used for the Mueller report. The other stories that came up when I searched for “clapper comey brennan blame” were from Breitbart and Newsmax so I didn’t bother to read them.
Any perceived shortcomings in the Obama administration can largely be blamed on a complete lack of cooperation from the Republican Congress whose mission was to make him a one-term president.
