When we were selling our house a few years ago, we had to remove our cats every time we had a showing. We had one time when we couldn’t get one cat out from under the bed.
When the showing was over, our real estate agent shared some feedback from the buyer’s agent with us.
“…master bedroom, the covers appeared to have an extra pillow in the middle of the bed. I tried to smooth it out and discovered a nervous little kitty keeping very still…”
For Lily Fortune it’s under the covers, but often the fort is formed by my knees holding the covers up and creating a lovely place to relax. But Artemus has a hideout or two I don’t know the location of.

The Mittens has a speakeasy? Is it the 250 thread count Cotton Club?
