Wayne LePierre thinks felons should NOT be allowed to vote. However, he does believe they ought to be allowed own guns.

Most prisons are in rural “red” Congressional districts and the inmate population is included in that districts population for redistricting.

With the way things have gone with the Muller investigation the RNC may end up endorsing him.
