When I was a kid, my friends and I used to walk to Shea stadium to watch the Mets lose Every Dam Time. The cheapest seats were cheaper than Yankee Stadium, it was only a half-hour walk, and we could use that $.30 (round trip) subway fare for something better.

Some teams have discount pizza with a ticket stub. Our MLB team was so bad, they gave out free tickets with your pizza.
