Makes me wonder when it really is late at night or early morning? The clock would tell us that 12:01 AM is the morning of the following day. The dividing line for me would be 3:59 or before is the night before, 4:00 AM or later would be the current day.
Projection clock, projections the time and time on the ceiling. Doesn’t help the waking up problem, but at least I know whether it’s late at night or real early in the morning.

The question is why did he wake up? For me and my prostate, I don’t lay there too long.

Got melatonin pills at Costco. If I wake up early I chew one of them and in a short time I go back to sleep for a couple more hours.
