I’ve been on 3 cruises. They all had staff stationed at every entrance to the buffet to make sure you used the hand sanitizer on the way in.

There have been several cruises where many people have become sick of the stomach, either by water or food.

My mom got sick on my last cruise. Luckily, the medical office was directly across from our stateroom.

I was on an “airport train” once where there’s no seating, only holding bars and poles. A woman told her husband not to touch anything, especially not a pole. How was the poor man supposed to remain standing upright?

Why not carry disinfection wipes & wipe everything down? I know people like that. No, not me. I like to live dangerously in that matter.

No cruises for me I would spend it being seasick.

I was on two cruises across the Pacific (1952) complements of Uncle Sam. I don’t remember anyone getting sick except for a bit of sea sickness in rough weather on the return trip. The good part was that the chow lines were short when the rough weather hit.
