Companies need to be held responsible for their destruction of the environment.

Take the subsidies away from fossil fuels, tobacco (believe it or not) and corporate farms and there’s a big chunk of improving infrastructure.

Climate change is causing destructive droughts, ice storms, polar vortex conditions, fires, floods, etc. Cheaper in the long run to protect the environment instead of causing more damage.

*apologies to jim henson I get that you went with Kermit to make your “it’s not easy being green” word play, but Kermit the Frog(despite being drawn here like a scarecrow) is a fundamentally good character, and from your previous work(2 cartoons ago), you want to scare us away from democratic socialism. Kermit’s not scary. Kermit is the hero.

Unfortunately, being green is a foreign concept for most people. No longer subsidizing fossil fuels, tobacco, etc would pay for plenty of eco-products/jobs; along with properly taxing the super-rich.

Oh. You’re worried about taxpayers? You like drinking industrial waste? You like unknown chemicals in your food? You’re drinking the capitalist kool-aid.

I suggest writing your comments on paper and mailing them in so you don’t have to support those capitalist computer companies and burn up electricity.

Hell no, we won’t pay one cent to save the planet! Besides, we’re too busy paying for endless foreign wars…
