But, which is the adult and which is the grownup? I say the adult is one who is old enough to drink alcohol, but a grownup doesn’t get drunk. The difference is all about self control.
My wife’s kids are 27 and 30. No signs of adult or grownup.
I always say “They can make me grow old, but they can’t make me grow UP!”
This would make a nice 28th amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
