    Ah the legal system. You’ve been wronged to the point of a million dollars. The lawyer sues, the plaintiff pays $2 million, the lawyer gets $1.5 million and you get the rest. Everybody wins.

    Civil suits do not use 12 jurors; in the two that I attended once as a juror (county court) and once as a defendant (federal court) there were six and two spares. The federal judge chose to have all the jurors vote and found my company innocent of all claims.
