Try “John Hancock”.
Charles Brown Esquire.
This is me in a nutshell. I can come up with everything except the important parts
Important first step Charlie Brown!
That’s executive talk…
GOCB will work. Good Ol’ Charlie Brown. (though he usually isn’t very good)
Ah, the dream I had when I was seven, yet I never made the time, maybe the idea just didn’t come yet….
I really think that it would be a good idea to write the strip first and then worry about the signature.
So that was John Hancock’s motivation?
check out Will Henry’s signature in Wallace the Great. Most inventive placing, most creative comic today.
That’s the first sign of success, CB!
Comic sans should do it
I can relate to CB here. I set out to write a novel over two years ago, and so far I’ve got about a chapter and a half, and an extremely detailed backstory for the main character’s mother (who isn’t even supposed to appear in the story).
The art is a little different from (and better than) the first strips, but the signature is the same.
not easy to come up with a schtick, is it?
“ Blockhead” in Old English Script.
