I’m having trouble keeping shadow government separate from rogue government from deep state. Sweetheart, could you do what you do better than any other being in the known universe and crank out an organization chart to make it all clear?
“Deep State” the idea that the employees who are hired not elected really run some kind of nation-state beyond their collective jobs. Also a Right Wing conspiracy idea that is more of a scare tactic than any reality.
“Shadow govt” is the auxiliary parallel govt that is running ready to take over should our real govt get obliterated. They are always running scenarios to be prepared. That is real. Even the national corporate news spoke about it once. And only once.
Rogue govt is as explained. Functioning outside the parameters it is constitutionally mandated to run by.
