OK, so, this is, like, one of those logic-brain-teasers, right? If one man always tells the truth and another man always lies, how do you tell the difference when one of them says, “He’s lying”? It’s like that, right? So, we know the only time Donnie tells the truth is when he’s talking about how great he thinks he is, and telling the truth is good, so….. Oh, I give up. Dtroutma is right — he’d break the polygraph.
To paraphrase (and reuse) a political comment from many years ago, “He occasionally stumbles over the truth, but he quickly picks himself up and hurries on as if nothing had happened.”
What a situation; we need a team of attorneys and a trial to determine what he actually meant. Who, or what criminal, would ever admit to the opposite? Our (The) Constitution is falling apart at the Helm. No one has used, the presumption of innocence, with more unilateral benefit than someone named trump. It is his trump card.

When truth is only something you stumble upon you have an issue with reality.

Trump told over 1,500 lies in October alone.
Does the leader of the free world ever tell the truth?
