Why are people seeking a better life, in the USA — like many US citizens ancestors did — now declared, without a hearing, to be illegal? Do those afraid of becoming a minority believe that 7000 will upset the balance?
It would be nice to have the name of even one Democratic politician who has called for “open borders”. Denouncing ICE—or rather, its inhumane and revolting practices—is most definitely not the same thing, as much as some “conservatives” would like to pretend it is. Misrepresentations like this are one of the things that makes rational discussion difficult.
