Let’s take care of the stupid umpire analogy. The trial courts call balls and strikes; the appellate courts apply the rules to the facts; and the Supreme Court interpret the rules.

For those who don’t know . . . The SCt does not look at facts and does not take cases where there are unknowns in the facts (This is why the Cakemaker case should not have been before the Court).

So far Kavanaugh hasn’t molested any of his all female staff, so good start.

He should recuse himself from every case that involves liberals.

I know other nations have had the problem of their top court supporting a right wing dictatorship. How did they deal with it?

We seem to be approaching a point where the Military is going to have to step in and create a reasonable society. they’ve been so good at doing that anywhere there’s an oil well needing protection. Don’t we taxpayers count as oil?
