There is no smear campaign. There’s just a Supreme Court nominee perjuring himself in front of a Congressional hearing.

Good cover investigation. It left no doubt about Kavanaugh’s lies.

He seems to have left plenty of clues scattered through his early years. Only those who don’t want to believe them are ignoring them.

Then there is the trumpster who, as a kid, was sent to a “military academy” because he was a problem child. Look at the ass now. Hasn’t changed at all. From all the theatrics from Kavanaugh, it looks as though he hasn’t changed either. And congress simply goes goose stepping to party dictates.

Kavanaugh lied under oath about several things he did for the Bush/Cheney administration. They have the emails that prove it. He lied under oath about his work with Ken Starr, like leaking Grand Jury information to the press. That documentation comes in the form of inter-office memos. More than a couple of his classmates from high school and college have come forward to say he lied about his drinking habits, also under oath. Still under oath he said that he drank legally his senior year of high school. In Maryland, the drinking age was changed to 21 on July 1st, 1982. He was still 17. The Hon.(cough) Judge Kavanaugh lied under oath in Senate confirmation hearings in 2004, 2006, last month, and again last week. The thing is, it really shouldn’t matter what the lies are about, because lying under oath shows contempt for the law. And that’s what YOU want on the Supreme Court of the United States? You should be ashamed of yourself Ms. Benson.

And this is how it goes in today’s world of the modern conservative op-ed cartoonist, when you’ve got nothing, just do a general slam on the Dems.

Don’t worry how your own party is ready to rush to the confirmation of a partisan hack liar, you just give it all you got against the Dems. Because, well, they’re bad, dontcha know?

It could be true that Brett is a different man than he was before. But what the hearing did, more than what is found in the testimony itself, was to demonstrate Kav’s lack of judicial temperament. It is really surprising actually that Kav would respond so grotesquely to Ford’s accusation, seeing that he is an experienced jurist. His lack of composure raises the question of his ability to distance himself from his emotions and deal with a case objectively. How his career could’ve gotten this far suggests he had a lot, and awful lot, of help along the way.

The question of his temperament, or lack of same, has become his biggest stumbling block for reaching the highest court in the land. Even his testimony under questions from senators has been shown to be riddled with misstatements and out and out lies.

But, he’s the Repub man and unless a few Repub Senators vote “No” Kav will be the cap for the conservative court. This could get interesting. Can slavery be far away?

The dems were so anxious to stop the nomination they forgot due process. Lisa is not for or against either party if truth does not get supported. Dems may pay a price this election. Let’s hope so. Maybe next time they won’t act like rabid dogs

Did any of you see that Leland Keyser, Christine Blasey Ford’s “life-long friend” who she identified as being at the sexual assault party (wherever and whenever that was), told FBI agents she felt pressured by friends of Ford to revise her statement about not knowing about any attack? Huh. In other words, lie your ass off! In all this mess, she’s one of the people I actually suspect has some moral courage. It would be very easy for her to lie, both to support her friend and help the political agenda. But she hasn’t. Good for her.

You folks better hope and pray that The GOP doesn’t use this as a precedent for acceptable tactics the next time the Dems have the WH.

The Dems publicly abandoned even the slightest lip service to one of our most revered national principals. Innocent until proven guilty is one of the cornerstones of our nation. It extends far beyond the courtroom in our lives and our society. It separates us from the rest of the world.

Rapist president nominates a molester to the Supreme Court and then mocks his victim. Republican male sexists confirm Kavanaugh so he can take away abortion rights from women who have been raped. Vote out the Republican rapist culture in November.
