He may be helping himself, but the undermining of our govt is part and parcel of what the cabal of Libertarians, Neo-Confederates, millionaires & billionaires want to do and what the Republicans since 1945 have been doing. Only the Libertarians want to rewrite our Constitution so that we can never call upon govt to help We The People as it has been since 1945. They do want power over the states at that level. So that every state will be like a country with its own laws and judiciary. No federal laws will exist except between corporations and businesses.
Check out Chile’s history since 1973 and what Libertarians from the Chicago School did to their Constitution. One that is barely changed after they remade it to fit the Plutocrats of that country wanted.
