I have managed to put it off somewhat. I had started to get up once on a bit more than half of my nights, then I changed my schedule of liquid consumption. As drinking plenty of liquids aids the digestion and overall health, I drink about 6 cups of water/milk per day, but I cram them all into the morning and afternoon, stopping around 3PM or so. Now, I only have to get up at night maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks.

I have times like that where i don’t have to get up to pee , but at 59 it is less frequent.
