Actually our goverment is sent most of the paperwork and could do our taxes for us but the companies we pay to do the taxes or make tax software keep lobbying to prevent that from happening.
I wouldn’t mind dealing with taxes so much if it wasn’t for all the blasted paperwork that I can’t wrap my head around. Can’t they just simplify it all? Like, send me a bill saying to pay X amount of money for X number of reasons…I’d be FINE with that.
