Get the kid in German language immersion. University is free for everyone there, native or exchange student.
Ensure the kid studies hard in school, gets a scholarship or joins the Navy and then goes to college to get a medical or engineering field degree. Or skip the college and enters a trade school and get a journeymanship.
Notice this strip started over, mostly. Though not at the very beginning. We should be told that.
