France has great food along with some really great Chefs. But if you want to avoid big crowds, tour some towns in the wine region of France. You will discover some really great restaurants in those small towns.
Paris might be the ‘City of Lights’ to some – but to me it is the city of merde de chien non collecté (uncollected dog poop). Don’t jog through the Jardin des Tuileries for that reason, you’re better off hopscotching…!!!

nice to visit. Horrid to look for non-rural work unless you have connections (and went to the right schools)
