Bolton is a key member of Groundswell, a secretive coalition of right-wing activists and journalists attempting to make political change behind the scenes through lobbying of high-level contacts. His international travels are no longer hindered by his outstanding war crimes arrest warrants. He now has diplomatic immunity.
Bolton was identified by the chairman of the House oversight committee as the author of forged intelligence documents that British Intelligence and President Bush based their weapons of mass destruction fantasy on.
Bolton has spoken in favor of the People’s Mujahedin of Iran (MEK), an armed Islamic group with Marxist leanings which has long been on the U.S. State Department list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations.
Bolton falsely accused Cuba of transfers of biological weapons technology to rogue states and attempted to have CIA officers forge documents to that effect. When they refused, Congressional intervention (Republican) allowed the CIA officers to keep their jobs and give factual statements in closed committee hearings.
Bolton insists that his ‘happiest moment at State’ was when the U.S, abandoned the universally respected, non-political International Criminal Court.
Bolton derailed a 2001 biological weapons conference in Geneva convened to enforce the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention, despite the fact that the U.S. disbanded it’s biological weapons program in 1969.
In 2002 Bolton flew to Europe to demand the resignation of Jose Bustani, head of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), and orchestrated his removal at a special session of the organization. Bustani had been unanimously re-elected for a four-year term—with strong U.S. support and was praised for his leadership by Colin Powell. The United Nations’ highest administrative tribunal condemned the action as an “unacceptable violation” of principles protecting international civil servants.
How about the war criminals in Bosnia and elsewhere that WE “assisted” in sending to the ICC for prosecution? Our covert operators have been busy for a long time in supporting the court we don’t like, because well, OUR folks might be as guilty.
Somehow, it seems to me, that this team of high flyers soaring from the White House have forgotten the old adage: Be careful how you treat people on the way up the ladder, coz you’ll meet them again on the way back down. I’d bet that Karma shows up in the long run….

You can pretty much guarantee that if it has the word “International” in the title, then John’s ‘agin’ it!
