actually the best way is to put the address to be delivered to in the return address part and put your address in the deliver to spot no stamp needed they will return it to the return address for lack of postage letter delivered for free
Fill in the spaces in the little bar code and elongate the short lines. It will kick out your bill and make them take care of it by hand. And they can’t retaliate.

the letter will go through postal machinery just fine if the envelope is ‘flipped’
