Aside from the sheer incompetence of someone utterly unqualified for an office he did not legitimately win — he can’t even manage relief efforts in Texas or Florida that actually voted for him; how can anyone expect him to give the slightest damn about Hawaii that voted against him or Puerto Rico in which U.S. citizens, while on the island, cannot vote in presidential elections at all — he does not care about those with brown skin who speak Spanish anyway.
While it is true that Puerto Ricans cannot vote for president while on the island, they are U.S. citizens and can travel freely anywhere in the U.S. without even a passport. And the instant they resettle on the mainland, these U.S. citizens are IMMEDIATELY eligible to vote in any election. And hundreds of thousands of them have fled the devastation of their island home and have moved and resettled in the swing state of FLORIDA where they can vote this November and again in 2020.
