Hard to tell if you’re being harshly realistic or self-hating. :)

I HATE when I comment on my own weight and people say, “Stop it…you’re not fat.” Um, yes I am! It is a medical fact and plain to see! I did not insult myself. Fat does not equal ugly, stupid or mean.That being said, I do have an issue with those weight range charts hanging in doctors’ offices. If I were within the prescribed range for my height, I would be downright scrawny.

I say, “Fatty Boombalatty” when referring to my own weight. I’ve yet to have anyone disagree. Perhaps this is because my former weight was “Fatty Fatty Boombalatty.” My aspiration is “Boombalatty”.

The problem is, there isn’t enough good clothing out there for big women. Men can go out and get man clothes, just bigger. There’s stores for big women, but their clothes are boring. What needs to be done is like, Hot Topic for big girls. With quality fabrics.

There is already a pretty good lingerie selection at Curvy Girl. But flattering, interesting, personality expressing outer clothes, not so much.

I’m at my ideal weight…if I were eight feet tall.
