My daughter had problems when she worked retail with customers and sarcasm. She would get the most bizarre questions and answer with sarcasm without realizing the customer was serious. She learned to take all questions at face value and answer as if they all required a serious answer – no matter how ridiculous they seemed. She still has problems with joke questions.

Add a little molasses and you have a paperwork prioritizer. The work is not needed if the job sheet was deleted.
