A little salty, a little spicy. A nice well-rounded blend.

The old sitcom ‘Mad About You’ had a funny episode where the girl’s uncle died and wanted his ashes spread in the winner’s circle at the racetrack. Paul Riser kept trying to look in the urn and Helen Hunt wouldn’t let him. At the table he’s taking a peek and she startles him and he drops a bite of his burger in the urn as he closes it. Later the dog’s sniffing at it and whining, and she says “Aww. He knows it’’s my uncle!” Her sister joins them at the race track, and she’s alone with the urn and says to it “You always loved the hot dogs here at the track, here’s a little bite to take with you.” She goes to put it in, sees the piece of hamburger, and says “Oh, I see you’ve already eaten!”
