White House lawyers have confirmed that they do not believe that non-disclousre and non-disparagement agreements (beyond security provisions established by law) are not enforceable. If Trump tries to enforce such an agreement against Omarosa or anyone else and gets shot down in the courts, he will lose his ability to use them with his empty threats.
In the meantime, to the point of the excellent cartoon, it is unlikely that Putin has a non-disclousre or non-disparagement agreement from Comrade TRUMPski McBonespurs, his secret agent Manchurian Candidate (fiction brought to life).
Instead, he has far better kompromat. More than just the pee pee videos. He likely has those, but that would be merely embarrassing and Trump is shameless. More likely it is a massive history of Russian money laundering, illegal deals contrary to sanctions or embargoes and, of course, Putin is the one person with absolute proof of the collusion and conspiracy that Trump constantly denies (methinks the guilty one doth protest too much).
Oh and we know Putin was brilliant at hacking e-mails. Does anyone think that Trump, who is extraordinarily careless in his use of unsecured communications, was not also hacked — and that Putin has a treasure trove of TRUMP emails going back years that would make anything from the Democrats look like a Sunday School picnic?
I doubt Glorious Leader’s deal with Vladdy is in writing. Strikes me more of an oral agreement type of thing. Allows both sides to say the other guy was not clear about what the agreement was to accomplish.
Trump has a non-disclosure with Kim Joun un as well. So far, no one knows what Kim and Trump discussed and/or agreed to during their “love fest” meeting.
